A Little Space Psychotherapy aims to provide a calm and supportive space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely understood.
Here, therapy is collaborative and tailored to you.
You can expect a safe, non-judgemental environment, in which we will work together to explore what’s holding you back and build the foundations for meaningful change.

Whether you have a specific goal, or you just need A Little Space to explore, therapy with Cleo is thoughtfully tailored to your needs and your unique style of relating.
Cleo is an experienced integrative therapist, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT, in addition to her core therapeutic training. Her integrative approach allows her to draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, combining evidence based practice with warmth and curiosity.
Alongside her private practice, Cleo works as a Psychotherapist and Training Lead at one of the UK’s largest eating disorder charities. Here she provides specialist therapy, delivers professional training, develops and facilitates group programmes, and represents the organisation at external events.

“I trained as a therapist after my own experience of feeling unheard and misunderstood in therapy. On the other side of my own healing, I decided that I wanted to be part of the solution in mental health care provisions. Providing safe spaces for people to explore, be heard without judgement, and learn the skills they need to move forward. I often find that people struggle to see their own value, strengths and capabilities. Sitting with someone as they find them is the most profound privilege."

"As an integrative therapist I’m committed to ongoing, high-quality training so that I can offer thoughtful, evidence-based support. But I also hold a simple belief: you know more about yourself than anyone else ever could.
Therapy isn’t about "fixing" you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths and develop the tools you need to create change. I work alongside you, adapting each session to your needs and drawing from different therapeutic models to support your individual style."

“The therapeutic relationship is vital in ensuring that you feel safe and supported whilst you reflect and navigate. Therefore, I offer a free of charge 30-minute initial meet to discuss treatment options and ensure that there is a good therapeutic fit before committing to therapy. Come as you are, you will never find judgement here.”
